when booking an appointment at the garden spa you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions
To reserve your selected time slot bookings need to be confirmed on our booking site , fresha, terms and conditions can be found when completing your booking
please give at least 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule as a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients who are on the waiting list
No shows will be charged in full before any future booking can be made
please give notice as soon as possible in time frame if you cannot attend,we can then give the appointment to someone else in some cases
we aim to start every treatment on time if late more than 15 minutes
